Can I make multiple reservations from one cart?

Yes, the service allows you to add multiple reservations to a cart. Depending on the park and the site types selected, the maximum number can change but all carts allow up to four reservations.

Since each park is a separate financial entity, you will need to pay for each one of them independently. Confirmation page will have information about all the reservations made but you will receive separate confirmation email for each reservation. This will allow you to make independent updates if required.

Will I receive the confirmation about my reservation?

Upon successful reservation completion, the confirmation email with all the reservation and payment information is sent by the service. If the reservation had different information for the primary occupant and the customer (billing person), service sends the confirmation email to both the primary occupant and the customer. You should also take a print-out of the confirmation page for your records. No information is sent in the regular email.

Can I make a reservation for someone else and pay for it?

Yes, you can. Each reservation has information about two people - the primary occupant and the customer. Primary occupant is the adult who needs to be present at the site during the entire reservation period, and the customer is the one paying for the reservation. You may enter the same information or different information for them. If they are different, both the primary occupant and the customer will be sent the confirmation emails.

How can I check the availability of specific campsite type or a site with a specific amenity?

On 'Select a Park' page, select the site type(s) that you are interested in the 'Campsite Type' filter. Only the parks which have those matching site types will become available for making a reservation. However, if you want to check for availability of a site type within a specific park, select the park and go to the "Select Location" page. On this page, select the campsite type that you are interested in.

There are two types of views that are available to check the availability - the 'MAP VIEW' and the 'LIST VIEW'. Both views allow you to check the availability and select any site that is available. Sites that don't match your selection filters and/or are not available, will be grayed out and non-selectable for making a reservation. You can check for availability in future by changing the selection in the 'Date From’ field.

Besides the campsite type, the service also allows search on one or more campsite features like 'Pet Friendly', 'ADA Accessible', etc. You can use the button "Reset Filter" to remove any selected filters and start a new search.
